Il mondo che voglio è quello in cui non esistono le prime impressioni. E se i nostri occhi potessero vedere oltre? Non un mondo di soli giudizi positivi, ma giudizi veri, nati dalla fiducia data ad uno sconosciuto di potersi mostrare per quello che è e non per quello che appare. Il mio esperimento nasce proprio tra la folla: ho realizzato un video nel quale ho chiesto alle persone di scrivere sul mio corpo la prima cosa che hanno pensato vedendomi e, dopo aver dato loro la possibilità di parlare con chi mi conosce veramente, ho chiesto loro se il giudizio iniziale fosse cambiato. Il risultato ha sorpreso me prima che gli altri. ---------- The world I want is one where first impressions don’t exist: What if our eyes could see further? Not a world of only positive opinions, but one with honest ones, given by the complete trust between human beings, not judging each other over they’re appearances, but by showing who they are. My experiment takes place in the crowd: I asked the people around me if they could write on me the first thing they thought seeing me, and, after giving them the chance to speak with who knows me best, I asked them if there first impression changed. The result surprised me even before surprising others.
